**Key Responsibilities:**

2. **Employee Relations:**
– Address employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
– Facilitate and mediate conflict resolution between employees.
– Foster a positive workplace environment through engagement initiatives.

3. **Performance Management:**
– Assist in the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems.
– Provide support and training to managers on performance management techniques.
– Monitor and track employee performance, and assist in creating development plans.

4. **Training and Development:**
– Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills.
– Coordinate and conduct training sessions and workshops.
– Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and suggest improvements.

5. **Compliance and Policy Management:**
