**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Recruitment and Onboarding:**

– Coordinate and conduct new employee orientation and onboarding processes.
2. **Employee Relations:**
– Address employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
– Facilitate and mediate conflict resolution between employees.
– Foster a positive workplace environment through engagement initiatives.
3. **Performance Management:**
– Assist in the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems.
– Provide support and training to managers on performance management techniques.
