Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Data Analyst to join our Data Analytics team. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques, and providing ongoing reports. You will work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs and ensure data accuracy and consistency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports.
Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems.
Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
Filter and “clean” data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems.
Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs.
Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.
Provide support for data governance activities and ensure data quality and integrity.
Conduct ad-hoc analysis and present results in a clear manner.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for ongoing monitoring of key metrics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven insights.
