Job Description
We’re seeking an HR Executive to support our HR department in various administrative tasks and functions. As an HR Executive, you’ll assist in the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation programs.
Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and completeness of HR databases.
Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Assist in performance management processes, including tracking appraisal deadlines and gathering feedback.
Support HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement programs and training sessions.
Prepare HR-related reports and documentation as needed.
