The HR Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the Human Resources department in various administrative tasks and ensuring smooth operations within the organization. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
Responsibilities:
Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings of candidates.
Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accurate.
Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs.
Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment and answering employee inquiries.
Handle general HR inquiries and provide administrative support to HR team members.
Assist with payroll processing and timekeeping tasks.
Help organize company events, meetings, and training sessions.
Support HR projects as assigned, such as policy updates or HR system implementations.
Uphold confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive HR information.
