Responsibilities:

Provide expert HR advice and support to clients on various HR matters including employee relations, performance management, and compliance.

Collaborate with client leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.

Conduct HR audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Develop and deliver training programs on HR topics to enhance client’s HR capabilities.

Assist in the design and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs.

Stay updated on HR trends, legislation, and best practices to provide proactive recommendations to clients.
