Job Description
Role: SAP S/4 production support and IT Support
Work Mode: Remote
Time Zone: 1 pm to 10 pm IST
Experience: 7+ Years
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days
Key Responsibilities:
● Support their S/4 SAP needs as well as other general IT
● Hands-on: p/w resets, configs, desk-side support for computers
● This is S/4 production support, there aren’t any specific modules
● Responsible for monitoring the production servers, scheduled jobs, incident management, and receiving incidents and requests from end-users, analyzing these and either responding to the end user with a solution or escalating it to the other IT teams.
