Robotics trainer

We are looking for a Junior Trainer cum Project Developer who is passionate about
coding or Robotics and has a desire to help others learn. As a Junior Trainer cum Project Developer,
you will be responsible for training fresher on coding languages and technologies, and also need
assist Senior Research engineer to develop some industrial projects. You will develop training
materials and resources to support the learning process and evaluate the progress of trainees to
ensure their success. Key Responsibilities:
 Conduct training sessions on coding languages and technologies, such as Python, Java, robotics
etc., for trainees
 Help students to develop coding projects, providing guidance and support throughout the
development process
 Develop training materials and resources, such as slides, exercises, and quizzes, to support the
learning process
 Evaluate the progress of trainees and provide feedback and support to ensure their success
 Collaborate with other trainers and stakeholders to ensure the training program meets the needs
of the trainees and the organization
 Stay up-to-date with the latest coding languages and technologies and adjust the training program
accordingly
 Foster a positive learning environment that promotes active engagement, collaboration, and
continuous improvement Requirements:
 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, ECE, Electrical, Mechanical or a related field
 Passion for coding, robotics and helping others learn
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
