Experience: 5+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in the hospitality or wellness industry.
Skills
Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
Experience with recruitment, onboarding, training, and development.
Expertise in employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in HR software and systems.
Qualities

Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and separation.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws.
Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
Foster a positive and productive work environment by implementing employee engagement initiatives.
Oversee payroll and benefits administration.
Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices.
Salary: Rs.25,000/- to Rs.35,000/-
Job Timing: 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM & 2:30 PM to 7:00 PM
Location: Rajkot, Gujarat, India.
