1.Manage AWS services including IAM, SQS, EC2, ELB, VPC, Lambda, RDS, and API Gateway to support the organization’s infrastructure needs.

2.Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues using New Relic APM dashboard, proactively identifying and addressing potential bottlenecks or failures.

3.Perform Linux administration tasks, including system configuration, package management, and shell scripting, to maintain the stability and efficiency of server environments.

4.Utilize Jira and Confluence for task tracking, project management, and documentation, ensuring clear communication and alignment across teams.

5.Manage change requests and incident responses through the Service Now platform, following established protocols and maintaining accurate records.

6.Debug Infra related logs from OTMM servers and restart application services referring documentations.
