We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Business Development Manager with a focus on IT Staffing. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in client acquisition and relationship building within the IT industry.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and maintain relationships with new clients to expand business opportunities.

· Create, negotiate, and finalize commercial agreements to drive revenue growth.

· Demonstrate a proven track record in client acquisition, business development, and securing new business opportunities.

· Utilize various channels such as social media, networking events, and industry research to identify and qualify potential customers.

· Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to account management, as an individual contributor.
