We at Advent are hiring the best Talent for our Internal Technical team as we are an IT Solutions organization, where we would be providing our clients with complete IT Solutions including of Implementation, Technical Support, Post Support which includes of Manpower Perm and Contractual based on the requirement of the Project to be implemented. We would be handling various types of ERP and SAP implementations with domains such as BFSI, Oil and Gas, FMCG, Aviation, Hospitality, Pharma and so.

Job profile:
1. Taking complete responsibility of setting up of process for finance department, including dealing with various stakeholders such as employees, creditors, debtors and government agencies.
2. Perform in-depth review of expenses to be incurred and trying to minimize the cost by employing innovative methods.
3. Look after admin tasks of company, such as vendor identification, negotiation, customer appraisal and customer negotiation.
4. Look after day to day accounting for company and promotors family office
5. Preparing daily vouchers for receipt, payment and cash expenses and overview of junior accountants work
6. Exercise control over expenses and monitor profit and loss account.
7. Preparing MIS, evaluating budgets and comparing actual vs budgets.
8. Preparing and checking payroll
9. Interact with banks and controlling bank payments
10. Overview of accounting of subsidiaries
11. Look after tax compliances and support consultants and auditors to prepare the required data
12. Customer follow up and assisting sales department in recovery of dues.
