Key Responsibilities :
-Candidate should have done IT and Non IT Hiring.
– Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and referrals.
– Screen resumes and applications to ensure they meet the required qualifications and experience levels.
– Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit and suitability for open positions.
– Coordinate with HR and other departments to schedule second interviews and make job offers.
– Provide ongoing support to newly hired employees throughout their onboarding process.
