Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities Analyze and understand the requirement received from the internal clients.
Sourcing candidates by sending mails, using job portals and referencing.
Posting ad and mass mailing on Job portals against skills requirements and locations.
Pre-screening and short-listing the candidate for the client interview.
Scheduling the candidates with clients and follow up for the same.
Negotiating salary and rolling out offers to the candidates accordingly.
To keep a track on selected candidates joining date in the company.
Continuous follow-up with clients to confirm staffing plans and candidates needs are met.
Preparing reports, handling complete end to end recruitment process, Database Management
Desired Candidate Profile
Candidates should be graduate
MBA/ Diploma in HR Fresher’s can also apply
Candidate have recruitment experience
