Role & responsibilities

1. Financial management:

They will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of the projects, including budgeting, cost control, and cash flow management. They will monitor expenses, track project costs, and provide accurate financial reports to stakeholders.

2. Contract administration:

They will review and analyze contracts and ensure compliance with accounting standards and legal requirements. , and monitor contractual obligations such as payments and invoicing.

3. Tax compliance:

They have to ensure that all statutory taxes are properly complied within the stipulated time frame. They will coordinate with the Chartered Accountant office for the same.

4. Measurement and bill checking and verification:

They will check and verify the petty contractors’ measurements received from the site offices and clear it for payment, and keep an upto date record. They will also keep all the necessary work wise records of all the payments from the principal.

5. They should be proficient in computer skills.
