Hey Everyone, Today I am going to tell you the story of Ansh who is super smart, intelligent, and always top in Exams he was a very bright student.

so when he was in Btech Final year all the companies are starting to come for hiring the students and among those companies, a Big Giant Company was also coming on that year, and doing a job on that company was a dream for so many students they all are working so hard and preparing for the interview.

Here Ansh is also working so hard that he qualifies all the round and gets an interview call.

And the interview day comes he sit in front of the interviewer of his dream Company he was very excited but then the Interviewer said we can’t hire you.

And it left Ansh in shock and he asked the interviewer

Ansh:- why? you don’t even ask any question

Interviewer:- There are plenty of common basic Mistakes in your resume it shows you did not focus while preparing your resume and didn’t notice some basic mistakes that’s why we can’t hire someone who didn’t focus on some basic mistakes.

Ansh read his resume and realise his mistakes and leave the room.

Interviewer:- Make Sure don’t repeat this mistake in the future Ansh.

1. Poor formatting:-

Poor formatting is one of the first things employers notice when looking at your CV. It can reflect badly on you, as it looks like you don’t pay close attention to detail.

3. Making your CV too long:-

The length of an applicant’s CV depends on the role. “You would expect a very experienced person’s CV to be two to three pages, whereas someone less experienced should have a maximum of two pages.”
