Job Description:
Green Web Software Development is looking for dynamic individuals to join our team as Business Development Associates. This role involves managing sales and fostering relationships with clients, utilizing excellent communication skills to respond to inquiries and provide support. Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with Excel, is required. Freshers with strong communication abilities are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

Manage sales inquiries and collaborate effectively with clients.
Handle both inbound and outbound processes.
Respond to user queries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and accurate manner.
Identify customer needs and assist users in utilizing specific features.
Analyze and report user issues to facilitate improvements.
Inform customers about new product features and functionalities.
Follow up with customers to ensure technical issues are resolved satisfactorily.
Gather customer feedback and share insights with the team.
Assist in conducting surveys and contribute to project development as required.
