Job Title: Healthcare Recruiter
Job Summary:
The Healthcare Recruiter is responsible for full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and hiring healthcare professionals such as nurses, physicians, therapists, and other clinical and non-clinical staff. This role requires a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various methods to source candidates, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and industry conferences.
Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and fit for the organization.
Building Relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions, professional associations, and other organizations to build a pipeline of potential candidates.
Managing Applicant Tracking System (ATS): Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the ATS, including candidate profiles, interview feedback, and hiring status.
Coordinating Hiring Process: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, schedule interviews, and coordinate the hiring process.
Offer Management: Extend job offers, negotiate salaries and benefits, and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Metrics and Reporting: Track and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction.
