Sales Executive
Job Description
Job Role :
– Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls (mostly outbound) in a timely manner
– Following call centre – scripts- when handling different topics
– Identify customers- needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions
– Seize opportunities to build comfort with customers and hand-hold them in navigating through the course of their treatment, closing the sale of treatment
– Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
– Keep records of all conversations in our call centre database in a comprehensible way
– Entering patient information into a CRM tool
– Developing the knowledge of customer needs and trends to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
– Frequently attend training seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
– Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Requirements
– Previous experience in a customer sales role selling high-value or involved products (health, education, travel, insurance, etc.)
– Track record of over-achieving targets
– Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening and interpersonal skills
– Familiarity with CRM systems, telephony systems and practices and data entry skills
– 6 Days working
– Ability to multitask, set priorities, manage time effectively and manage multiple expectations in a fast-paced environment
– Ability to empathise with customers and build a relationship
– Good sales skills and ability to work in high pressure environment
– Undergraduate degree
Fluency in English + Hindi is mandatory
