Key Responsibilities:
Client Handling: Manage client interactions, gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Project Research and Estimation: Conduct in-depth research, analyze project requirements, and provide accurate time and cost estimates.
Setting Deadlines: Define project milestones, create detailed timelines, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy robust applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and project managers, to deliver seamless and integrated solutions.
Problem Solving: Identify and resolve technical issues, optimize application performance, and ensure security best practices are followed.
Qualifications:
Education:
Must have: B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering (CSE) or Information Technology (IT)
Preferred: M.Sc in Information Technology (IT) or Master of Computer Applications (MCA)
Experience: Proven experience as a MERN-Stack Developer, with a strong portfolio of projects demonstrating your expertise.
Skills:
Proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js
Strong understanding of front-end and back-end development processes
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Effective communication and client handling skills
Ability to conduct thorough project research and provide accurate estimations
Proven track record of setting and meeting deadlines
