JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will excel in creating Functional Requirements Documents (FRD), Business Requirements Documents (BRD), and Software Requirements Specifications (SRS). Experience with tools like Power BI, draw.io, and UI Path is essential for creating wireframes, flowcharts, and mockups as needed. This role requires close collaboration with stakeholders to identify business needs, analyze processes, and implement effective solutions. A basic understanding of technical programming languages and use cases is necessary to comprehend and facilitate the initial steps of the process.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

– Requirements Gathering and Understanding: Engage in detailed discussions and calls with clients to clearly understand their requirements and gather necessary information about projects and tasks.

– Requirements Documentation: Develop and manage detailed FRDs, BRDs, and SRS documents to ensure clear and comprehensive project specifications. Also create mockups, wireframes, mindmaps etc. to make sure that the process is smooth for the team.

– Data Analysis: Utilize Power BI or other analytical tools to create and maintain dashboards and reports, providing insights into business performance.

– Process Automation: Implement automation solutions using UI Path to enhance business efficiency and streamline processes.

– Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.

– Project Management: Support project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget constraints.

– Testing and Validation: Develop and oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements and expectations.

QUALIFICATIONS

– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

– Minimum of 1 year of experience in business analysis.

– Proficiency in FRD, BRD, and SRS documentation.

– Extensive experience with creating wireframes and mockups.

– Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
