An HR Generalist is a versatile human resources professional responsible for a wide range of HR functions. Their role typically includes the following duties and responsibilities:

1. **Recruitment and Staffing**:
– Manage the full recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
– Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.

2. **Employee Relations**:
– Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
– Address employee concerns and resolve workplace conflicts.
– Foster a positive work environment through engagement and communication.

3. **Performance Management**:
– Assist in the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems.
– Provide guidance on performance improvement plans and career development.

4. **Compliance**:
