**Job Summary:**

**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Client Consultation:**
– Meet with clients to understand their HR needs and challenges.

2. **HR Strategy Development:**
– Develop customized HR strategies and solutions to address client needs.
– Assist in the design and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
3. **Recruitment and Talent Management:**
– Advise clients on best practices for talent acquisition and retention.
– Support clients in developing effective job descriptions, interview processes, and onboarding programs.
4. **Performance Management:**
– Provide guidance on performance appraisal systems and employee development plans.
