We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic customer service representative to join our team. In this role, you will interact with customers to provide them with information to address inquiries regarding products and services. You will also handle and resolve customer complaints, escalate issues as necessary, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional manner.
Provide accurate information regarding product features, pricing, availability, and promotions.
Process customer orders, modifications, and cancellations.
Assist customers in troubleshooting product issues and resolving complaints.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide excellent service in every interaction.
